Long Island University - Qigong (Chi Kung) 1

Baduanjin (Pa tuan chin) is basic qigong set. Two basic sets (sitting and standing version) have numerous modifications. For the movement see:

Eight movements:
1. Qi (chi) goes up and down
2. Left to right and right to left movement
3. Diagonally
4. Around perimeter of a cylinder
5. Diagonally in a spiral
6. Through the spine
7. Forward and back to dantian
8. Relax internal organs
